MRC500 Laser Robotic Cell

Automatic Laser Soldering Machine

The PC controlled MRC500 “mta® robotic cell” is a standard automatic laser soldering machine; with a working area of 500x500mm. It can be used for semi or fully automatic operations of selective point to point laser soldering from above.

The frame of the MRC500 is designed to ensure the safety of the operator during the laser soldering process. Furthermore, it also provides maximum accessibility to the working area. The laser robotic cell is equipped with both mta® PowerLas or MLH45 laser soldering heads.

The 3 or 4 axes of the MRC500 are fully programmable through the mta® MotionEditor software which includes soldering parameters such as:

  • Solder quantity, wire feed speed, preheating/postheating times, automatic tip cleaning cycle intervals and other parameters for each soldered point.

The MRC500 robotic cell provides standardized automation solutions with the highest quality and repeatability for all customer’s specific applications.
